ORDERS
Orders can be placed online at www.valenciakey.com . Personalized orders will be confirmed by a sales representative. Please note that once an order has been placed, we are not able to modify or cancel your order. VALENCIA KEY reserves the right to refuse sales or cancel orders placed by a customer in violation of the site’s terms or as otherwise determined by VALENCIA KEY.
FINE JEWELRY/CORPORATE GIFT ORDERS
All fine jewelry and corporate gift orders are custom cast and made to order. All orders do not go into production without full advance payment by the customer. Fine jewelry orders take approximately 4-5 weeks to produce and ship. Should you need your order before that time frame, it may be possible to rush your order for an additional fee. You can note your rush request in the comments section of the order. If this is possible, a sales representative will provide you with the additional cost and your credit card will be charged accordingly.
Please note that the images are for visual reference only. The actual product may vary slightly in shape, size, and color from what is pictured. The quantity of diamonds may vary also.
STAINLESS STEEL COLLECTION ORDERS
STAINLESS STEEL orders may ship immediately if the item is in stock. If the item is out of stock, orders can take up to 8 weeks. A sales representative will confirm the estimated time that you can expect to receive your order. Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email with your tracking number. All orders are shipped as soon as they are complete. Orders placed during the holidays or when there is a high volume of orders can take longer than the allotted time frame. If this is the case, a sales representative will always notify the customer.
SHIPPING
VALENCIA KEY is not responsible for any lost packages, delayed delivery, or any other issues once your order leaves VALENCIA KEY. If your order is sent back to VALENCIA KEY by the shipping company for failure to deliver, you will be required to pay for the re-shipment of your order. VALENCIA KEY does not accept shipping accounts provided by the customer. Overnight and 2nd day shipping are available for an additional fee. Orders may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If we agree to ship internationally, total shipping cost is at customer's responsibility. VALENCIA KEY is not responsible for the payment of any duties, taxes or other fees assessed to international shipments and VALENCIA KEY is not responsible for any delays or other issues that may arise when shipping internationally. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. All orders over $1,000 require a signature upon delivery. Please make sure you are available to sign for your order when it is delivered, as you are solely responsible for the acceptance of your order upon delivery.
CORRECTION OF ERRORS AND INACCURACIES
We aim to present the most recent, most accurate and most reliable information on the website at all times. However, the information may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We, therefore, reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change and update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
In the event a catalog product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or systems error, VALENCIA KEY Jewelry shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. VALENCIA KEY Jewelry shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.

STAINLESS STEEL JEWELRY
All sales are final. If you purchased a VALENCIA KEY piece of jewelry from an outside retailer you must bring the piece to the original retailer where the item was purchased. We are not responsible for any jewelry not purchased directly from VALENCIAKEY.com. You are responsible for all shipping costs.​
We are not able to repair any stainless steel jewelry. However, we kindly ask that you bring any issue experienced within 7 days of purchase to our attention. Should there be a verified problem with your jewelry, we are happy to exchange this item or extend a store credit to you for the value of your piece after you ship the items back for review. You are responsible for all shipping costs.

VALENCIA KEY provides images of each item on the Site and endeavors to show as much detail as possible. However, viewing images online has its disadvantages as the size and color of the images may vary across digital screens and mobile devices. Measurements of select pieces are provided to help visual size.

VALENCIA KEY reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof).
